| House Description: Barn House, a Nantucket classic home built in 1900, is newly renovated • The first floor has one bedroom with a full size bed and one bath. The common areas on the first floor have been recently renovated. The new kitchen has new cabinets and appliances and all the equipment you will need to prepare meals. The dining room has a large harvest table for family meals. The living room is comfortable and stylish with a color television dvd and vcr player...even a great collection of movies. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room • There is a charming one bedroom one bath cottage located adjacent to the main house and patio/courtyard. • The second floor has two bedrooms and one bath. One second-floor bedroom has two twin-sized beds. The master bedroom has a King bed. The newly renovated second-floor bathroom has a shower and double vanity. • There is a fenced, landscaped yard with a patio/courtyard area with a gas grill, table with a market umbrella and chairs. There is off street parking . The fenced yard and courtyard makes Barn House ideal for a dog!
