| Rates and Availability Booking Now for 2010 Season Saturday is turnover day June $2200-$2800 July/August $3800 per week September $2500-$3200 per week September and October 2009 (please email or call for availability) 50% of rent is due at signing of lease and is non refundable unless house is rented during that specific week. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit is $300 due prior to occupancy and is fully refundable. Pet Fee $200 is non -refundable and due prior to arrival.
